Order and delivery terms

Online store

Janoinen Oy (business ID 3297409-6) sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it.

When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agree to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Payment methods

BANK FEES
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP bank, Säästöpankki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. When you have the usernames provided by your own bank and you are paying for your online purchases, you go from the pages of our online store to your own bank for a moment and pay for the products you have chosen directly from your own account securely.
CREDIT CARD FEES
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
MOBILE PAYMENT METHODS
In our online store, you can pay easily and safely also on mobile. Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the application in question. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Orders are confirmed by e-mail, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery method and costs

You can see the delivery costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. postal packages) or unregistered delivery, of which registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs.

Orders are delivered through Posti's service. The price of deliveries in Finland is €2.90 /delivery. NOTE! We charge €6.90 for uncollected packages.

 

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the online store's front page.

Exchange and return conditions

Janoinen Oy acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself.

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products with product tags in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying for the return. The return fee is €6.90. The return cost is deducted from the amount to be returned.

    1. The customer first reports the products to be returned by e-mail info@eezybeezy.fi
    2. Pack your return carefully in the original packaging. The product can be returned through Posti with the return code 675754 and by delivering the product to be returned to a Posti office or machine. When returning a delivered order, include information including your order number, name and contact information.
    3. In returns, you as the customer are financially responsible for the delivery of the shipment to Janoinen Oy's office. Keep the receipt from the post office for the return until we have received and registered your return.

Note! When returning from abroad, use local package delivery services. The customer is responsible for paying for the return. The service provider will charge you for transporting the package back to our online store location.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the return. After receiving the return, we will refund the value of the return to you immediately or at least within 21 days after the return has arrived for us to process.

The refund is made using the payment method you used when placing the order. Return cost €6.90 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest in the exchange and return conditions info@eezybeezy.fi If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the mail immediately.
